From quote to job
Quotations, job records and financial information are considered as connected parts of the same operational process.
An experimental workshop
Labs is where we explore product ideas and build the systems behind them. The work is experimental, but the questions are practical: how can software make complex work easier to manage?
01 / Current project · In development
Quotenvia is an in-house operations platform being developed around the connected work of quoting, planning and delivering jobs. The wider scope includes people, finance, documents, stock and tools.
One clearer view of the work.
Work can become fragmented when quotations, schedules, people and records are managed in separate places. Quotenvia explores how those moving parts can be brought into a more coherent workflow.

In development. This is ongoing development work, not a released product. The capabilities shown here describe the areas being developed; individual features may be at different stages of completion.
02 / The operational picture
Four areas informing the product's scope. These are development directions, not a claim that every module is finished.
Quotations, job records and financial information are considered as connected parts of the same operational process.
Scheduling, staff visibility and assignments are part of the work of coordinating what happens next.
Documents and organised records belong alongside the work they support, rather than being scattered across unrelated systems.
Stock and tools are included in the wider operational picture, connecting practical resources with ongoing work.
03 / Under the interface
The application is being developed around a shared API and permission-based accounts, with the aim of giving office and site teams access to information relevant to their responsibilities.
04 / Inside the application

From the workshop to your business
The experiments are our own; the problems are familiar to many businesses. Labs is one way of showing how we approach the overlap between product design and practical software engineering.
